Terms & Conditions
Terms and conditions are over ruled by covid guidelines and parents should constantly insure they are up to date with our covid procedures to ensure the safety of staff and Gymnasts.
No refunds will be given to those isolating for safety reasons as the class will still be available. Should a full lock down or fire break be inforced again no refunds will be given. Where possible, an alternative class will be offered but not guaranteed.

Please ensure...
- Gymnasts have been to the toilet prior to attending class to prevent any risk of an accident if a gymnast should have to leave the gymnasium
- Gymnasts wear a leotard, shorts and t–shirt, leggings or tracksuit bottoms with elastic at the ankles [no wide leg bottom tracksuits].
- Gymnasts should have hair tied back neatly and tidily in a ponytail, plaits, bunches or bun
- Parents are responsible for the gymnast whilst in the venues. Please ensure discipline at all times, avoid any running or messing about.
- Coaching sessions are not disturbed
- Coaches are not interrupted during training sessions
- All correspondence is read to avoid parents queuing up at the start/end of the training session to ask questions, or to avoid breakdown in communication
- Class has not been cancelled at short notice. Please accompany the gymnast to the gymnasium at the beginning of the session. Classes could be cancelled at short notice due to events out of our control and contact to all gymnasts in not possible.
- Prompt collection of the gymnast from the gymnasium. Please do not expect the gymnast to leave the gymnasium unattended to waiting cars in the car park.
- Coaches are not responsible for the gymnasts following the end of session.
